By using this site you confirm that you are authorised to make this purchase either from your own account or as an authorised representative of a 3rd party, and that the payment details presented here are legitimate.

Once we have added your email address as the domain contact and notified you of this (or the domain name has been transferred to you via our registrar if you opt in for the Change of Registrant service option), you agree not to initiate any chargeback via Stripe or your credit card provider; or have any claim against us whatsoever. This also applies if you transfer the domain to your own registrar with different registrant details.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in all our web pages, the content is naturally subject to change and we cannot guarantee its accuracy or currency.

Domain Ownership Transfers

Once you have purchased a domain, we will update the domain name contact email within 24 hours, using the email address you provide at checkout. We will notify you once this has been completed, so that you can perform a secure domain password recovery, then proceed with the Change of Registrant yourself. 

Alternatively, you may choose to opt in for our Change of Registrant service for $25, which is available on the purchase page for each domain name. If you are purchasing multiple domains, please ensure that this option is selected individually for each domain. If you choose this option, we will perform the Change of Registrant on your behalf, using the ABN and other contact information that you provide at checkout. We will notify you when this is complete (within 24 hours of purchase), and you can then transfer it to your own registrar.
